This is a varied role that encompasses a range of activities to support the PPE Team, working at in the warehouse.
You will have a ‘can do attitude and be able to support with a wide range of tasks.

This role includes the following duties:

Handballing of PPE products on deliveries coming into the store and ensuring all stock is correctly placed once offloaded.
Picking stock to be issued on request and in a timely manner against written orders.
Preparing stock orders ready for delivery or collection.
Ensure the return of stock items that are not required are returned to the correct place in the store and that returns are logged by the PPE Coordinator.
Ensuring, as guided by the PPE Coordinators, that expired, discontinued, quarantined and wasted stock is not selected when picking orders.
Liaise with NAViGO drivers to push out daily, weekend and emergency orders across NAViGO sites.
Assist in carrying out regular checks on stock to ensure levels are not running low.
Where required, provide a high level of customer service; communicating with the general public, colleagues and external agencies at all levels both face to face and on the telephone.
Accompany driver on deliveries and collections.

Good physical fitness and stamina is required due to high level of manual handling.
Ability to use initiative and to accurately carry out main purpose of the role

9 am to 2:00 pm (5 days per week), various days of the week
