JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an individual to run and manage all aspects of an independent coffee shop, located on platform 1 at Cuffley Station.

Full training will be given in order to ensure you are serving the best coffee and takeaway breakfast to Cuffley’s commuters and wider community.

You will be required to be on site and ready to serve by 6am Monday to Friday until 11am when the rest of the day is your own.

Your salary will be dependent on age and experience. Attitude is what we are looking for.

This is a great opportunity for someone to use this as a path to one day owning their own coffee shop. All applications are welcome.

Training included; Food Hygiene Level 2, COVID 19 Safety, in-house barista training. Good timekeeping, reliability and personal hygiene is a must. Due to the start time, we would prefer an individual who lives locally.

A Barista takes on a range of roles including:
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages
• Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
•Cleaning service and seating areas
•Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
•Servicing customers and taking orders
• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
•Receiving and processing customer payments
