The applicant will also be the point of contact for all members who have issues with their membership and, if they can’t provide assistance, will be expected to find a solution for the member’s problem from within the team and liaise with the customer to build up knowledge of how to handle future problems.

This is a role which can be performed from home but the applicant will be expected to attend the premises of the company (OX25 3QL) if asked to do so when the company regards this as safe and reasonable. The role is very much a team role and will, in our opinion, be more rewarding for the applicant if perfomed in a team environment alongside marketing and other sales roles.

The applicant will need to be organised and able to manage customer data working in conjunction with the Data Management team. A good grasp of Excel and working with databases will certainly be advantageous.
