In this exciting role you will be able to use your creativity and will be contributing to how we market our successful global business and brand.

As a Marketing Executive your main duties will include:

The creation of targeted email campaigns designed to inform, educate and generate sales.
Scheduling of social media across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. but training will be offered on all social media platforms to the right applicant).
Pre-schedule social media content and updates (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram) on a weekly basis.
Keep up to date with all the social media changes in the last 12 months.
Market promotions of online courses, digital products and aware (or willing to learn) the use of various audio & video rooms and short video clips for promotion.
The creation of online banners and flyers for use on social media and online advertisements, full training will be provided to the right applicant.
Assisting with the organisation of events, as well as the set-up of events throughout the UK and Worldwide, when needed.
Assisting with the sales of products and/or services.


To be considered for this role:

Excellent written English and communication skills are essential, via phone, email, Skype and face to face.
An interest in marketing/sales.
You must be proficient in the use of PC and Apple products as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc however full training will be provided to the right applicant.
Being able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced work environment is a must.
You must have great time management and organisational skills.
You must be a doer - self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely (via email, phone, text, Facebook, etc.) as well as part of a team.
You must be flexible, committed to meeting targets and results driven.
You must be trustworthy, have a high awareness for confidentiality and a high standard of integrity.


This role will include a combination of home/office and field work.

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage or more in line with experience

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
East Midlands Chamber will ensure that all young people participating in the Chamber's Kickstart Scheme will receive a dedicated programme of support identified through a personal Action Plan that will support their employability skills and help them be in a better position to find work.

Structure of Programme

Start:
Assessments: English, maths, digital and neurodiversity assessments would be undertaken.
Employer engagement: Early engagement to identify any additional support needs and employment opportunities beyond the placement to tailor the programme.
Action Planning: Bespoke and tailored action plans to develop the skills and employment prospects of each individual.

Mid Programme:
Online learning: Use of online learning platform for English, maths and digital skills.
Webinars: Delivery of a series of employability and job-related webinars and Work With Me sessions.
Neurodiversity support: Monthly neurodiversity strategies (where applicable).

End:
Employer Feedback: To review the process with the employer and to obtain feedback.
Exit Interview: A review to discuss the programme and future goals or progression.
New Action Plan: To create a new action plan detailing the next steps milestone, actions and aims for work or training after the placement.
