JOB SUMMARY
The candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls from customers and answering queries on products.

The candidate will also be responsible for answering E-Mails from customers regarding products and purchases.

Basic administrative duties involved, mainly filing and data entry.

own transport may be beneficial as public transport limited

The candidate will learn how to answer and deal with customers in a polite and efficient manner. They will also improve typing skills and gain knowledge of Microsoft Office and other online

SKILLS NEEDED
Basic skill level for typing and computer software knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

WORKING HOURS
3-4 days a week between 9-5

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Tees Valley Combined Authority, as the representative organisation will maximise existing provision which supports the target cohort of Kickstart to ensure that individuals receive wraparound support, and information, advice and guidance in relation to career progression and employment and training opportunities.

We will directly provide additional support through a dedicated Key Worker who will work with Kickstart participants at regular intervals and will provide;
• CV development
• Application form development
• Employability support
• A thorough skills and careers assessment
• Provide information, advice and guidance, including identifying any suitable training
• Develop a detailed action plan
• Provide mentoring and in-work support
• Effective future careers planning
• Progress updates throughout the scheme
• Interview techniques and strategies
• Effective job searching skills
• Clearly defined exit strategy, including referral to other support programmes, traineeships and apprenticeships.

We will directly link the new jobs that will be created by our local regeneration programmes to ensure that progression opportunities are maximised.
