To apply for this job, you must be claiming Universal Credit and 16 to 24 years old.
Assists Mahmood with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
Organising, managing and running events for Mahmood’s RE-IGNITE System.
Liaising with coaching participants and communicating with various sub-coaches on participant updates, progress and concerns if any
Homeworking with some face-to-face meetings
College degree (desirable)
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Mainly between 9am and 2pm. times may change but morning predominantly

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
To be provided as follows by our Employability training partner Choose ICT Ltd t/a Skills 365.
You will be allocated a placement tutor who will be your gateway between your employer and ourselves who will provide your employability provision.
You will get a Kickstart induction on arrival and a soft skill analysis shortly after, which will lead to a training plan being created and soft skills courses being provided as required. The courses will be supported by your tutor. You will be required to collect and collate skills and attributes whilst in position to enable these details to be used to create a highly desirable CV and cover letter.
Your placement tutor will hold conversations with your placement employer as your placement progresses to gauge the feasibility of your long-term employment with them in conjunction with your aspirations.
Whatever the outcome we will also help you with career planning, interview training and practise and will aid you as you apply for positions and use feedback to alter your CV and interviews going forward.
Finally, we will provide an exit interview which we are confident will be right before you enter long term employment either with your placement organisation or another employer.
