Westray recruitment group are currently supporting a large Legal firm within Gateshead, who are experts in the Conveyancing sector. Due to their rapid growth, they are looking for a Conveyancing Trainer to join their team.

The role:

You will be responsible for the Trainee Conveyancers and the firm's overall growth strategy via their Training Academy. On a daily basis your duties will include, but are not limited to assisting with the development of Trainees within the Training Academy,Maximising the performance of the team, Managing the day to day referrer relationships, dealing with Initial complaint handling,Schedule and coordinating department training as required, Contributingto business development and marketing as required and allocating the workload to offshore resources.

The person:

This team are growing in size and therefore they are looking for a candidate whom hasexceptional knowledge and experience of the Conveyancing process and be confident when parting with your wisdom.
