As a Clinical Personal Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Maternity Consultant team within their role .
As a centre of excellence you will offer a person centred approach to both Consultant and Patient.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, enthusiastic Medical Secretary to provide comprehensive administration and secretarial support to the Consultant Obstetricians.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills, excellent typing skills and knowledge of medical terminology to ensure provision of a high quality and efficient administrative/secretarial service to our Consultants and their teams. They must have good attention to detail, together with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload, working to strict deadlines without direct supervision.
Duties will include dealing with telephone enquiries, letters, email, diaries, and organising meetings, chasing deadlines, collation of information/results for reports and typing of clinics. Daily contact with patients is a key duty, therefore excellent customer care is essential, also due to the nature of care, ability to work at a fast pace is a key requirement for this role.
