The Warren Health Centre -Part Time 30 hours per week - Monday - Friday working 7.5 hours per day , applicants must have flexibility to work across all weekdays and to work across community sites in Hillingdon.
Beaufort House - 25 hours per week -Working 1200-1700 Monday to Friday Monday , applicants must have flexibility to work across all weekdays and to work across community sites in Hillingdon.

The Clinic Administrator role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the Clinic. You will support the Clinic Supervisor in delivering a first class service to both patients and CNWL staff. The role includes reception duties, office administration, data entry, photocopying, printing, and ordering supplies. You will be dealing with the general public and staff, reception duties and telephone work, and office administration, , along with supporting our Health Care Professionals to support Service Delivery. There will be a requirement in this role to work at other sites across HCH and you may be required to assist at children’s health Centre’s supporting our Health Visitor’s in Child development clinics. You will be working within a busy team and will be required to have a conscientious, caring and enthusiastic approach in your role. A high standard of IT skills, numeracy and organisational skills are required. Excellent customer facing qualities are essential to this role, knowledge and skills along with excellent communication skills are absolutely essential.
You will have previous administrative experience and be able to work in an environment which is constantly changing. You will be capable of managing your time effectively, meeting deadlines and using your own initiative. Excellent communication skills are vital as the postholder will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders . Excellent customer facing qualities are essential for this role.
