The role

As Change Lead, you’ll take charge of the development and delivery of change management projects to support the implementation of EPR across the Trust. You’ll lead and coordinate these projects across clinical and operational teams using sophisticated and polished transformation skills to embed service and cultural change.

Initiating and encouraging new ways of working across the organisation, you’ll support teams to achieve their goals by providing tools and techniques to deliver change in an effective and sustainable way.

We’ll look to you to ensure that a standardised project management approach is built into all aspects of the programme and that interdependencies are identified and proactively managed. Critically, you’ll engage with senior teams to design clinical and operational pathways while factoring in the impact of new technologies and new working environments.

Please note this is a fixed term opportunity to 31/3/23.

Required skills and experience

You’ll need impressive senior-level experience leading complex service transformation and change projects. As well as a history of working with diverse stakeholders from across multiple teams, services and organisations.

A track record of leading and managing complex change at pace and in high pressure environment is vital. As is experience of communicating highly complex, sensitive or contentious information to individuals and large groups.

We’re also looking for substantial transformation knowledge gained in a healthcare setting, and a sound appreciation of NHS strategy, policy and guidance. On a personal level, you’ll be an excellent communicator, motivator and multidisciplinary team-player.
