Warehouse duties will include and training to be provided on:
Assisting our skilled operatives in use of our Fibre laser and press brake machines.
Loading and unloading of the manufacturing machines.
Stacking, counting and labelling manufactured parts.
Assembling parts into equipment for our rental fleet.
Maintenance of our rental fleet.
Use of forklift trucks (subject to training).
Making ready of orders of our rental equipment for shipping.
Loading of our vans and Trucks for deliveries.
Unloading vans and trucks.
Cleaning of returned rental items and logging back into stock.
Stock Take duties.
Other general warehouse duties and general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
No specific experience is required although any listed in the job description would be helpful.
Good numeracy skills as there is a lot of counting in and out of equipment.
Good hands on skills, many tasks require the ability to use power tools, forklifts and machinery, all of which training will be provided on.
3 days per week, Actual hours discussed at interview

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Training will be provided in all the attributes of a manufacturing warehouse operation.
There will be the opportunity to learn to use machinery / forklifts / overhead cranes and potentially course such as Manual Handling / Occupational Health and First Aid as well as Crane operation and manufacturing processes.
There will be support in the workplace and a mentor to assist with your skill development which we will monitor on a monthly basis.
On completion of the course any outstanding candidate will be well placed for a full time job as the company grows and full time positions become available, so as well as learning new skills you may have the opportunity for a full time job in the future.
