JOB SUMMARY
To carry out general labouring duties in order to assist various trades colleagues on either an Enigma Industrial services site or a Customer site, within the construction sector

Responsibilities
Carry out tasks in a safe manner as directed by your line manager or supervisor and in accordance with Company procedures and site rules and regulations
Responsible for the safety of self, your colleagues and the general public and work as a team with your colleagues
An appreciation of industry standard safe working practices including permit to work systems, COSHH, risk assessments and accident and incident reporting
Ensure that all work is undertaken within the jobholders own level of demonstrated competence
Assist the team with the provision of stock quality and control and stock maintenance
Manual handling duties including stacking, packing and storage of materials

SKILLS NEEDED
Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Able to demonstrate basic understanding of health and safety. Team player. Self-motivated and good work ethic. CSCS desirable however training will be provided

WORKING HOURS
5 hours per day Monday to Friday

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage compliant

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Support will be provided to all placements. There will be a dedicated email address for Kickstart applicants and placements along with telephone assistance from our HR Business Partners. There will be help to prepare CVs and interview techniques

Pre-placement support will be provided by HRBPs and our back office HR Support known as HR Assist. The day-to-day mentoring support will be given locally by named managers who will be pre-coached in what their responsibilities are and how to develop those on the placement

Reviews will take place during the six month placement with a documented review of applicants performance and learning completed with the local mentor and HRBP on a monthly basis

Applicants will be able to give feedback to their local mentors or HRBPs directly or alternatively through the dedicated kickstart email address to HR Assist
