We work with everyone from Owners and Leaders looking to drive change and accelerate growth; People and HR Directors focussed on developing new people and culture initiatives; Managers needing to implement team wide change; right through to training and embedding activities with individuals across the whole business.
We are looking for a proactive and hardworking Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Duo team in client coordination and administration.
Applicants should have previous client management experience within a B2B environment.
Duties will be varied but will include:
Ensuring that all Duo client electronic files and project management systems are kept up to date
Supporting clients with booking of meetings, organising of diaries and scheduling delivery Supporting the Duo team with preparation of client documents and training materials
Coordinating all client activities
Providing high levels of customer service
Contributing ideas to Duo’s customer experience
We are looking for someone who shares our values, is self-motivated, positive and has an energy and enthusiasm for both their craft and working for a small, dynamic growing business. All applicants should be skilled at creating strong relationships both internally and with our customers.

Role will initially be homeworking but then move to an office location in the North East of England.

SKILLS NEEDED
Previous customer management experience preferred

WORKING HOURS
Mon - Friday. Working from home initially

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
All training will be provided on our current client management processes, we have subscribed to some client services training that will also be provided.

North East LEP, our Gateway organisation, will provide a full wrap around support bespoke to the needs of the successful candidate.
This will comprise of:
Initial triage with a full qualified careers advisor
Essential skills assessment to gain a baseline understanding of areas that will inform ongoing support
Monthly meetings with allocated careers advisor
Depending on skill level, mandatory and optional workshops covering the following:
CV writing
Covering letters
Job search
Professional use of social media
Interview preparation
Mock Interviews
Vocational training / short courses in discussion with employers and young people to determine suitability
Essential skills re-assessment and review and support planning for beyond placement
