The role – Admin Assistant
We are recruiting a part-time Admin Assistant to support the team's growth and support our senior team in a timely and professional manager. We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and conscientious person who will provide high-quality administrative services. The successful applicant needs to be able to have a good attention to detail and be able to prioritise workloads.
Daily Responsibilities
Backing up records each week and ensuring incoming and outgoing purchase orders are filed within the correct sequence and record set.
Filing and paperwork organisation for the entire business
Helping run internal operations including organising meetings, following through with agendas · Maintaining a tidy office, including liaising with our contractors/cleaners
Office groceries and supplies management
Welcoming visitors, taking deliveries and distribution to offices
Hold meetings with relevant managers, highlighting points of action
Raise non-conformance reports where appropriate
Working with external Audit Company to ensure we achieve accreditation each year.
On boarding new joiners;
Handling some receipts and payments
IT admin (training is provided):
Upkeep of asset register and safe-keeping of unused assets
Organise / set up remote video conferencing devices and facilities.

Great time management skills and people skills · Computer literate
Previous experience with an administrative role · Eager to learn new skills and grow your career
Proficient user of MS Office / Google Suite
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent email and telephone manner and etiquette.
Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads

Monday - Friday 9am - 2:30pm (Includes 30 minute break)

6 further months of mentoring support (12 months in total)

We will ensure that a minimum of 10% of their working month (10 hours) is spent on personal development and on improving their employability prospects, by following the above provision.
