B and M Retail

As a B&M Kickstart Customer Service Assistant, you will gain invaluable knowledge working on the shop floor and warehouse with duties covering both areas. You will also learn other vital skills, such as merchandising, product pricing and working as part of a team.

Key responsibilities:
Driving sales through providing excellent customer service
Checkout Training until competent
Product Pricing
Ensuring shop-floor products are available and ticketed
Ensuring cleanliness of the store as a whole

No prior retail experience is required as full training is offered as part of the role.

About You
Ideal candidates will have a dynamic personality, engaging well with others. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, who should also be energised, motivated and enthusiastic. You will be comfortable working within a team and on individual tasks given.
