JOB SUMMARY
Are you aged 18-24, unemployed and claiming Universal Credit? If yes, then our Kickstart roles could be the perfect opportunity to start your career journey in a global sports fashion retail business. In order to apply you will need to speak to your job centre work coach as all applications for these roles are by referral only
The role is 25 hours per week. Hours/Days will be agreed with your line manager

Go Outdoors, Blacks and Millets are retailers of specialist Outdoor apparel, footwear and equipment. Our stores are a "one stop shop" for customers to shop everything outdoors; whether that be a camping holiday, bike ride, fishing trip or hike. We focus on innovation and exclusive brands such as The North Face, Rab, Berhaus and Craghoppers.

Role Responsibilities
Greet all our customers in a warm, genuine and friendly way
Ensure customers receive the best possible service every time they enter a store
Use in store technology in a range of tasks for the customer
Assist in keeping our stores looking a high standard at all times
Replenish stock levels, making sure the full range is available to customers at all times

SKILLS NEEDED
The successful candidate will be given full training and support for all tasks covered We are looking for people who love our brand and want to explore lots of career opportunities across a fast paced and exciting company This role would suit someone who enjoys talking to people and helping them

WORKING HOURS
Flexible patterns available - to be agreed with the successful candidates.

During the placement you will be fully supported in the following ways
Regular one to one review meetings with your manager
Training and Development workshops by the JD Learning and Development Team to support you in becoming the best you can be in role and successful task completion
Workshops and Webinars delivered by our partner The Princes Trust to support employability and interpersonal skills
Review of JD Career pathways and opportunities post placement
