The job will involve working in a friendly, busy, fast-paced office environment.
The key responsibilities of a Trainee Property Consultant Role will include;
Overall support to the team.
General office administration.
Answering the telephone/emails and dealing with enquiries.
Providing administrative support to the senior management team.
Prioritising administrative tasks.
Providing excellent customer service.
Being proactive in all tasks and assisting other team members.
Any other duties as required.
We are requiring a candidate who wants to work in this industry and is excited by prospect of kickstarting a career in property management in a company that excels in supporting and developing their new starts throughout.

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Connexions careers information, advice, and guidance services for young people, will ensure that all participants in the Kickstart Scheme receive a dedicated programme of support. Advisers will create an agreed personal Action Plan that will support participants employability skills and help them be in a better position to find work.
Structure of Programme
Assessments: English, Maths, digital and work readiness assessments undertaken.
Employer engagement: Early engagement to identify any additional support needs and employment opportunities beyond the placement to tailor the programme.
Action Planning: Bespoke and tailored action plans to develop the skills and employment prospects of each individual.
Online learning: Use of online learning platform for English, maths and digital skills.
Webinars: Delivery of a series of employability and job-related webinars.
Individual mentoring: Monthly face to face meetings to address individual barriers, developing awareness and understanding of positive workplace behaviours.
Employer Feedback: To review the process with the employer and to obtain feedback.
Exit Interview: A review to discuss the programme and future goals or progression.
New Action Plan: To create a new action plan detailing the next steps milestone, actions and aims for work or training after the placement.
