JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator position is a multi-disciplined role encompassing most areas of company’s marketing activities. Interface with external marketing agencies. Plan and execute social media campaigns. Manage marketing collateral. Review competitor activity. Maintain our websites and update web content. Assist the Design team with packaging development. Interface with customers when required to discuss specific actions/campaigns. Clear and courteous communication with relevant team members. The staff member may be asked to carry out other additional duties to meet the needs of the business as required.

SKILLS NEEDED
Excellent Communication skills-written and spoken.
Preferable but not essential to have marketing background and/or qualifications in the field.
Comfortable using social media and working with web content.

Please provide a portfolio of marketing work, either personal or business related.

WORKING HOURS
7.30am-4 pm-Half an hour lunch

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
The Marketing team will be at hand to guide and support candidate throughout the placement. They will work together ensuring that all work is carried out as required and learning as they go along. Candidate will be trained in specific software used by the company as well as in other systems.
Employer to provide employability skills and support-Attend meetings, adhere to company’s policies, teamwork, cv review, finding and applying for vacancies and reference.

Full recruitment support to source suitable candidates via DWP. An Information, Advice and Guidance session for each candidate to assess their job suitability, level of education, and career goals. A mid-point account review with employer and employee half way through the placement. Dedicated support for your employees to find suitable progression into learning or work when their placement ends. On the job training digital training including English, Maths and ICT for employee placements requiring this support
Sourcing of replacement candidates if needed.
