An integral team member responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining our brand values.
Our Sales team complete a variety of tasks alongside assisting our customers in outfitting, styling and general Visual Merchandising throughout the store.

General responsibilities include-

Strive to achieve sales targets and store KPI’s whilst maintaining a comfortable shopping environment for our customers.
Meet and greet customers offering our styling services to support their purchases.
Offer exemplary Customer Service whilst maintaining in-depth product knowledge to fulfil our customers’ needs
Use store financial data alongside VM Guidelines to make commercial decisions based on the store’s customer demographic.
Operate tills and process transactions whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
Assist in day to day running of the store including (but not limited to) Stock Management, Visual Merchandising, Cleaning & H&S.
Support the store in Promotional set up ensuring the store launches on time and to guidelines.
Support the store in the promotion of multi-channel shopping to elevate sales across the business i.e., Click & Collect & Fulfil from store.
Work alongside the Management team to ensure that the store is in line with key business objectives and strategies.
Be a brand ambassador. Wear our product with pride whilst at work and recommend different styles and fits based on your product knowledge.
Promote link selling to drive ATV & UPT through effective outfitting, product knowledge and Visual Merchandising
Assist with floor replenishment and processing of deliveries.

Our Stockroom team must take pride in their appearance, be confident, clear communicators and able to demonstrate an understanding of basic fashion.

Kickstarter’s will be introduced to all the soft skills and workplace basics necessary to realise their full potential and in turn become a valued member of the team. Every new starter will work with their manager on a ‘Personal Development Plan’ that they will carry with them on their Kickstart journey through Crew. Their PDP will help them develop their soft skills by completing objectives agreed with their manager at the beginning of the process. As the Kickstart placement progresses through the scheme their PDP (a live working document) will progress with them, focussing on areas that they find most challenging.
In addition to the Kick Starter’s Personal Development Plan Crew will run a number of face to face courses bespoke to the Kickstarter scheme, including; CV & interview Skills, communication skills, in the work place. Our face to face courses will be backed up by experts in their fields, for example for our CV & Interview skills course we plan to partner with our main recruitment consultant in order to build both an engaging and informative training session that will set the Kick starter up for the future.
Crew Clothing Company will also provide e-learning that will provide the Kickstarter with knowledge on mandatory subjects such as such as health & safety, manual handling & fire safety. Our e-learning will also offer courses such as better understanding our mental health and well-being at work.
Overall, Crew Clothing Company will provide the Kickstart placement with a well-rounded opportunity to build on their learning each day both on the job and in a classroom based setting. Preparing the Kickstart placement for long term employability.
