JOB SUMMARY
Working within our Catering Team you will provide support to colleagues and also undertake tasks relating to our catering and hospitality activities across our sites.

These will include:
To provide support in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages plus related catering duties.
To prepare the dining area which may include moving and setting up furniture, setting trolleys and the cleaning and dismantling of these as required
To prepare the service area, hot cupboards and other equipment for the efficient and effective service of the meal
To wash dishes, cutlery, serving utensils, containers, tables and all other catering equipment associated with the provision of the service.
To clean on a daily basis all catering areas to standards laid down by the Wrekin Housing Group
Such other related duties as are required to ensure the dining area and kitchen is in a clean and hygienic condition and that the food service is effective and efficient.

Any other appropriate duties as considered helpful to support the team.

SKILLS NEEDED
Essential - Good communication skills, friendly, polite, a genuine interest in catering and hospitality.

Desirable - Any Catering qualifications, however, full training available.

WORKING HOURS
Shift pattern over 7 days to include weekend working.Likely 5 hour shifts x five days per week depending on rota. Start time from 7am. Finish time up to 3pm
