The Reprographics Assistant alongside he Design & Reprographics Technician at Saint Paul’s Catholic High School. You will support with School with Photocopying; printing; Laminating; Scanning; Collating documentation; Comb and spiral binding; Cutting card/paper; Assist with maintenance of printers around the school (ensuring they all have paper stock, are all in working order etc.); Manage stock of reprographic materials
You will also have the potential to support the Reprographics Technician with: Creating/formatting documentation; Assist in the production of posters/display materials/graphic design; Assist with digital media and uploading of content to the school VLE system, digital signage system and website; Technical support for school productions and event.

SKILLS NEEDED
No previous experience is necessary. The successful candidate will have strong organisational ability and be a good communicator. They will display, integrity, positivity, diplomacy and an attention to detail and an ability to organise their time and work to deadlines.
They will also need to be able to adapt to different tasks according to the employer’s requirements. Must be willing to work hard and make a contribution to the safe and efficient running of the school.
Successful candidates will be confident in the use of, or the ability to learn quickly, Microsoft Office and have good literacy and numeracy skills. Candidate with an interest in developing a career in graphic design would be particularly suited to this role.

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm - includes 1 hour of unpaid time for lunch.
