JOB SUMMARY
Gainsborough Trinity Foundation has taken over the Roses Sports Ground in Gainsborough and development took place during lockdown including a brand-new artificial pitch, maintenance work on existing grass pitches, indoor fitness market and redevelopment of the on-site building into a bar and restaurant. The provision expanded quicker that expected to a point where are one of the biggest providers in Gainsborough. With the facilities and the work we do within the local community we can take on a larger number of staff to continue the delivery and provide to the local community.
Gainsborough Trinity foundation are looking for someone to fill our position of an Administration Assistant to join our team based in Gainsborough.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking, reliable, and organised person who can work within a team, with a desire to develop their skills.
This role is based at our offices in Gainsborough and will be 25 hours per week between Monday-Friday. Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Taking notes and minutes in meetings
Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
Being a point of contact for a range of staff.

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Lincoln College has developed a Sector Based Work Academy solely for the Kickstart scheme using our experience working with 16-24 year olds on Apprenticeships, vocational courses and Work Experience placements as well as the DWP in Newark and Lincolnshire.
The employee will receive further employability and vocational training and ongoing support via our NEET coordinator throughout their placement. Lincoln College will support each applicant to identify progression routes using our network of over 1000 employers.
The employee will have weekly contact with the Lincoln College kickstart Coordinator and will have personal learning plan developed with themselves and the employer. This plan is to identify any relevant courses/workshops. The employee has the option to attend a further course and must attend the Job search and progression workshop in month five.
