JOB SUMMARY
Plumbing use both copper and plastic, need to have an understanding of domestic plumbing and heating systems and experience in using copper and plastic plumbing products.

Will be required to build stud work from a drawing to suit bespoke bathroom build to accommodate shower valve, WC frames, basins, baths, recesses etc.

First fix electrics where necessary, only basic skill necessary here

Tiling, setting out, cutting and fixing tiles in accordance with plan.

Fitting out room with finished good, Bath, WC, basin, taps, furniture.

Must have excellent communication skill, be very honest, reliable and trustworthy.

Must be able to work to a very high standard as most of the jobs are to this end of the market

SKILLS NEEDED
Right attitude
Trustworthy
Good timekeeper
Understanding of tiling and plumbing or site work would be desirable
Driving licence would be preferred but not necessary

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday hours to be arranged

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage
