Next Theme Ltd is a web design and digital marketing company based in Weston Super Mare.
The main duty of this post is to manage and develop marketing campaigns for given area of the business. Reporting directly to the Marketing and Sales Manager, we are looking for someone with a creative flair who will enjoy being given the flexibility of developing marketing campaigns on their own intuitive and perform against a given brief.

The right person will be work with the Marketing and Sales Manager and the Sales Team to create campaigns to raise the profile of the business and generate leads. The successful candidate with be confident and knowledgeable with a variety of marketing tools including emails, posters, social media content, media releases, etc. They will carry out analytics and create reports to measure the success of the campaigns.

In addition to their employability skills, they will be developing their ability to follow a design brief, work on their own initiative, communicate progress, communicate with internal and external staff and develop their design and creativity skills.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing qualification level 3 or above and excellent literacy skills. They will be creative, able to work on their own initiative, focused and eager to prove themselves.

We are after someone with good written and verbal communication, has high standards of work and pays attention to details.

An understanding of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and MailChimp would be an advantage.



Employability support will be delivered daily in house, but also via The Stable, our Gateway provider, who will offer employees dedicated support to overcome barriers to employment. Employees will be offered regular one to one sessions with a specialist employment support worker and a monthly group workshop. These sessions will offer individual and group careers advice and guidance, help to prepare a cv, coaching and interview techniques, through mock ‘grading’ and role play. The employee will be asked to build a portfolio throughout the 6 months and keep an on the job training record. A personal development plan will be created in the first week of the placement and this will be reviewed across the 6 months, to create new goals and mark off those that have been achieved.

Each employee will be provided with an induction to ensure they understand the placement and support they will receive, along with details of our complaints and safeguarding policies, should they need to raise any concerns.

The Stable also offers free access to wellbeing activities, from free meditation to yoga and these would be made available to the Kickstart employees, as would the other benefits of The Stable, networking, free events, social gatherings (all covid permitting).
