• Responsible for managing and updating Customer Relationship Management system with new NHS landscape, validating stakeholders and updating account plans.
• Accountable for creating Clinical Commissioning Group Medicines Management and existing customer appointments via TEAMs or Face to Face, for the Business Director and/or Board members.
Marketing content administration and dissemination of marketing materials and platforms to the existing and customer base and attracting new market opportunities; focus on Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Market Research and Freedom of Information requests.
Familiarising yourself and adhering to all Company Policies and Procedures, including our Equal Opportunities Policy.

Between 9am to 4pm (Monday to Friday) Flexible hours within the above pattern. Further discussions to be had at the interview.

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Daily support will be provided to ensure that the Administrative Assistant is fully equipped and has all the information required in order to execute their roles effectively. Spirit has a senior business leader who will offer support.
In addition, we have dedicated support functions within the business who will be providing education on CVs, the process of seeking employment, attendance, task and time management, teamwork, HR, Finance, IT skills, Operation Management, Governance and Procurement.
