Spirit Healthcare Limited

Provide effective and efficient support to the Medicines Optimisation Department.
Duties include:
Accountable for creating CCG Medicines Management, PCN and existing customer appointments via TEAMs or F2F, for the Business Director and/or Board members. (full training and support will be provided)
Marketing content administration and dissemination of marketing materials and platforms to the existing and customer base and attracting new market opportunities; focus on Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and ROI.

Excellent communicator
Excellent time management skills
Computer Literate.
Attention to detail
Open personality and can-do attitude which fits with the company's culture of integrity, respect for others with a passion for learning and making a difference.
Motivated, upbeat individual who is open to receiving and adapting to feedback/development guidance.

Between 9am to 4pm (Monday to Friday) Flexible hours within the above pattern. Further discussions to be had at the interview.

National Minimum Wage

Daily support will be provided to ensure that the Administrative Assistant is fully equipped and has all the information required in order to execute their roles effectively. Spirit has a senior business leader who will offer support.

In addition, we have dedicated support functions within the business who will be providing education on CVs, the process of seeking employment, attendance, task and time management, teamwork, HR, Finance, IT skills, Operation Management, Governance and Procurement.
