Key Responsibilities: Make a significant contribution to the ongoing planning and development of the company's sales and business development strategies for B2C and B2B customers through our retail stores and other channels.
Identify, contact and follow up on new business opportunities. Generate new business for the company's products and services in line with agreed sales targets. Establish solid working relationships with key players in target markets, aimed at developing and growing long term contract business and building company brand awareness.
Develop, update and maintain a database of existing and potential customers through the development and implementation of a customer relationship management system. Develop and maintain up to date promotional information reflecting company products and services. Undertake a range of promotional activities for the company to secure additional sales for the company's products and services. Co-ordinate sales activities, including participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, presentations and site visits if necessary.
Undertake a range of general office and administrative duties, including preparing sales performance, sales analysis reports, updating and maintaining online channels. Provide data and information as required to assist management with decision making, including competitor profiles and market analysis.
Liaise with current customers in the company's target markets regularly to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with the company's products and that these are being sold to the best advantage. Make recommendations to management on business development activity and on how the company can improve the marketability of its products in target markets.
Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers satisfaction.
Any other duties as deemed appropriate to the position.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to relate to all levels with the consumer.
A good work ethic is essential.
Previous experience in a face to face sales or customer service role.
Vaping/CBD experience and knowledge would be beneficial but not essential as full product training will be given.
Graphic Design experience or qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
B2B experience beneficial but not essential.
Online selling and managing experience would be beneficial but not essential.

25 Hours over 4 days must include either Saturday or Sunday


Experience and development of communication skills (both internal & external dealing with customers) along with IT skills helping them to understand & build on team working attributes.
Mentoring & shadowing when dealing with B2B customers helping them to build long term business relationships.
