Our Kickstart placements will involve working from home.
To support the quality and compliance department with general administrative duties and to aid the provision of a professional proactive and effective service to all internal and external stakeholders.
To provide support to the Quality and Compliance department to ensure arrangements for meeting regulatory obligations are in accordance with the conditions issued by the relevant regulator, Ofqual
Supporting in the maintenance of policies and processes across the business ensuring regulatory compliance and quality are fully embedded, Work with managers in reviewing and updating policies and procedures ensuring regulatory compliance and quality are fully embedded, Support management of academic misconduct investigations, by:
Uploading assessments to Turnitin for checking
Sending communications to top-up students as part of investigations
Using Mail merge to generate academic misconduct reports before results release
Update the Maladministration Log with data from each assessment cycle
Provide support and secretarial activities
Positive and supportive wherever appropriate, communicate with all managers and staff at NCC
Prepare and disseminate regular updates on behalf of the team
Provide support in administering the company’s centre contract facilities and health and safety processes

Essential skills, experience and qualifications (please do not use bullet points)
Candidate must be self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to:
Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Build and develop respectful relationships through effective teamwork
Work well under pressure and to be adaptable whilst delivering excellent service.
Candidate must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Strong and effective oral, written and communication skills in English
Developed interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Candidate must be qualified to A-Level or equivalent or have experience of working in an office environment
Knowledge of international education markets and the education industry would be desirable.

On joining the company, you will be supported in developing a Personal Learning Plan. This will identify the areas for development which are specific to you and your career aspirations.
You will have access to a VLE page where you will be able to engage with a range of materials to support you in exploring each of the topics.
You will be invited to a monthly training session where aspects of the topic will be discussed. This will be an opportunity for you to share your ideas and thoughts and to learn from others.
One to one support will be provided monthly to track and monitor the completion of your Personal Learning Plan.
At the end of your placement you will receive a summary of your placement including comments and feedback from those who you have worked with or have supported you during your time with the company. This is also your opportunity to provide feedback and to share your reflections on the experience.
