Play Fitness Ltd is a supplier and installer of Playground equipment and artificial grass. We work with Schools and Councils throughout the UK, enhancing their outdoor spaces.

We are a busy team, experiencing continuing growth in all areas of the business.

The placement that we are offering is within our office based admin team and will have a focus on business administration and supporting the design and sales team with marketing activity.

We are a small team which means you will get exposure to many different aspects of the businesses, so it is important that you are flexible and can work as part of a team, supporting the design and sales team and other colleagues.

Your key responsibilities will be greeting visitors, answering the telephone and responding to customer enquiries, managing the company email inbox and ensuring timely responses to enquiries, programming social media posts and managing various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and linkedIn), providing costings and emailing invoices to customers and any other administrative tasks that may be required.

Experience in a small and busy office environment desired but not essential
Good written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Experience of using Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to use social media in a business context
An interest in marketing
Reliable and punctual

5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
