Summary

• Basic inbound and outbound call handling to aid customers for order queries etc
• Admin support to aid the processing the return of customer orders
• Replying to basic customer emails for product advice & order queries
• Replying to customer tickets on our marketplace account to provide returns information & support with order queries
• Contacting customers by email, phone or SMS for additional information about the order they have placed with us
• Maintenance admin to monitor & chase up outstanding customer returns

Qualification- NVQ Level 2 Customer service practitioner
Duration-14 months
