We are looking for a proactive and confident band 3 administrator to support our Liaison Psychiatry Team based at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, as part of the South Admin Hub team.

Working pattern per week : Mon-Weds - 9-5pm.

Must have strong IT skills with audio typing and ability to be adaptable to working in a fast paced environment and the ability to work under pressure at times.

The successful candidate will be well organised and able to prioritise work. You will be proactive in solving problems and queries and you will see these through to completion. The post holder will need to be calm and patient, with an excellent telephone manner and skills to deal with sometimes complex and difficult issues over the phone.

You will be supporting a multidisciplinary team and will be involved with answering calls to the service, arranging appointments, audio typing letters, scanning and uploading documentation onto appropriate systems, photocopying, minute taking, ordering stationary and some general administrative work as required.
