An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the community learning disability team as a band 6 case holder who will hold complex casework and mentor students supporting health and social care colleagues in managing mental health, challenging behaviour and physical care in North Learning Disabilities team.
The post holder will have continuing responsibility for the management of an individual caseload within the defined clinical area – including liaison where appropriate with other agencies, budget holders and the provision of specialist advice with in this clinical area.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for more complex challenging client work and manage/co-ordinate interventions as required including substance misuse, suicide and depression.
