Description of Team / Department

Human Resources


Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role


First point of contact for employment law and best practice advice, support on company policies, employee relations, business
restructure requirements, occupational health case management and employee wellbeing support.

Manage cases to completion, including onsite support as required; providing guidance and support to managers.

Work with the HR Business Partner to identify areas for improvement or manager training requirements, and support the delivery of new initiatives as and when.


Skills / Experience

Previous HR Advisory experience, preferably studying towards or holding
a CIPD qualification
Diplomatic skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to make quick consistent decisions, even if they prove to be unpopular
Ability to coordinate workload and priorities with a focus on results and efficiency in processes
