Summary


We are looking to recruit a Clerical Officer/Receptionist to a full time, permanent contract within our admin team.

The role will be based predominantly at the Brooker Centre in Runcorn however the successful candidate may occasionally be required to provide support to our other teams in the Halton area.

This role is vital in supporting our aim to provide exceptional patient care, every time and we look to appoint an individual who is as passionate about patient care as we are.

This post is subject to a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.

To provide an efficient and effective clerical service to the multi-disciplinary team.

Using your organisational, administration and people skills, you will contribute towards an effective and consistent level of service. You will be responsible for booking appointments and any associated data entry. You will also be responsible for the booking of rooms for meetings and clinic appointments.
