We're looking for a quick learner who has an eye for detail to join our Vets4Pets Partnership Team as a Kickstart Partnerships Administrator.
About the role
The Partnership Team, work with vets and nurses to help them own their own practice –this could be an established practice or a brand new one. Our team is small and specialist in what they do and is ready to support somebody and develop a new member of the team. This role will give someone the opportunity to learn new skills and will also provide the opportunity for someone to develop their database and marketing skills if they have a keen interest in this area.
What would a day in the role look like?
• Support the team with administrative and database work
• Updating information into our Candidate and Vacancy Management system
o We have a database which holds vacancy and candidate data and there will be a need to update information
o From a database report, ensure all details we have on there are correct and we do not have any duplicates (project work)
• Candidate research
o When we start our head hunting process, we do a lot of research into the location, local vet talent and finding contact details. Once this information has been researched and mapped out, the Partner Recruitment Specialists will be able to start their head hunting
• Posting job adverts onto our website
o Once we have a new role, the Partner Recruitment Specialists will speak with the selling partners and put together a vacancy profile and will send to you to add to our website
• Supporting the Transaction Manager
o Printing off sales documents
• To be a quick learner
• Have great IT skills, including working knowledge of Excel
• Attention for detail
Flexible within the hours of 9-5pm over 5 days
