JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic hard-working Graphic Designer to join our team at our Brockworth office.
The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate competence in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Professional, with knowledge of both the print process and digital media. In particular, print and digital file formats, image formats, file resolutions, print and digital colour specification and PDF file optimisation. A knowledge of typography and fonts will also be helpful.
As a Junior Graphic designer your role will involve the creation of new artworks for our current client base and new customers this will predominantly involve website design and logo creation. Alongside this we will require you to assist with the creation of: Small bespoke newsletters, Advertising flyers, Artwork for social media campaigns & Stationery design.
you should also be familiar working as part of a small team and have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the Adobe Creative suite, and the ability to work methodically to meet deadlines.
Examples of previous design work or a design portfolio will be required during the interview process.
This is a great opportunity to join an experienced design team within a face paced, dynamic growing media agency.

SKILLS NEEDED
5 GCSE A-C grade including Maths & English
Knowledge of Creative Cloud
Understanding of Visual Communication
Natural creative flair
You should also be familiar working as part of a small team and have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the Adobe Creative suite, and the ability to work methodically to meet deadlines.
