JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Services role includes phone, video, email and face to face techniques to engage fully with clients.

The position will include the use of web based sales, content production, technical training, web development and digital marketing. You will be working to increase the digital audience and generating sales using a variety of digital marketing tactics. The roles will include training in search engine optimisation, paid search marketing, email marketing, copy writing and content management, plus interpretation of digital analytics, and use of a variety of paid advertising platforms. Photography, product placement and digital image editing also make up part of the job.

There will be the opportunity to develop and design promotional products such as colour charts, flyers, web design.

Social media, writing press releases, implementing promotions will be part of the core competencies, and there may be an occasional requirement to visit trade fairs and shows.

You will learn how to research and develop marketing opportunities, create and implement sales plans. The role will provide a solid grounding in all aspects of digital and social marketing and equip the employees with the skills and expertise to forge successful careers within the digital sales and marketing industry.

SKILLS NEEDED
We are looking for a hard working, conscientious, motivated individual seeking employment in a digital Sales and Marketing environment, and with opportunities to work in a wider business role. We are a small, up and coming, fast growing eco paint company, which operates predominantly online.

The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, good IT skills, and be familiar with website management, plus a knowledge of PR, and digital marketing. You will need to be able to provide excellent customer service and effective administration support for all customers through a variety of communication channels.

Must be mobile as we expect you to work from our rural office in Witchampton, BH21 5AN (note there is no public transport locally). Once trained however, there is scope for some working from home.

WORKING HOURS
9-5 Monday to Friday (semi-flexible)

HOURLY RATE
£9 per hour

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
I will work closely with the young person on a one-to-one basis and teach them good communication skills.

I like to work in an open and transparent way and will gently use encouragement and debate to get the best out of my young person/s. I like to foster an open and collaborative environment where ideas and opinions can flourish, and will give honest, but fair reviews where necessary.

I will listen to, and respect feedback and welcome new ideas, even if they are in contrast to my own views.

Even though this is a small family run business, the fundamental principals behind the company's success is that we realise, that to create a great team we must never think the same, what we strive to encourage is the young person's ideas and perspective on our company, and on life and we will help them to understand how to communicate these ideas to the team.
