The role will work as part of our business development team ensuring our CRM data is current, accurate and appropriately segmented for marketing and communication purposes.
Main duties include:
Reviewing and improving existing data in our CRM system about our clients and prospects.
Mining data from primary and secondary sources, cleansing and manipulating it.
Interpret data, making recommendations, based on local and national trends to impact positively on our business, clients and prospects.
Work with our management team to identify patterns and make suggestions for improvements.
To undertake various data related projects to enable us to make good business decisions that lead to customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
Ability to competently use SQL and Gsheets (or MS Excel).
Understanding of the purpose and importance of CRM systems.
Ability to work autonomously, with support from colleagues.
Strong computer literacy and keyboard skills are essential.
Data input accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Data interpretation and presentation.
Reasonable English literacy skills.
Ability to follow instructions, guidance, policies and procedures.
Good level of intellect, common sense and organisation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, positive, honest and trustworthy.
Ability to develop and maintain professional and productive relationships.
Work in an ethical way that promotes health, safety, wellbeing and preservation of the environment.

Basic Python skills for analysing large datasets

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
A co-ordinated Mentoring/Buddy Programme will be in place throughout the duration of the scheme. This has been designed to give support to Kickstart participants and facilitate engagement, personal development and peer mentoring
A bespoke Personal Development Plan will be agreed and this will be tailored for each individual to include personal, and job specific, learning & development objectives
Regular 1:1 meetings via phone or online in view of the current Covid safe working practices will take place with each individual to review progress and Personal Development Plan. The wrap-around support package will be person centric and flexible in its approach. Contact can be up to 5 hours per week and out of hours support will be available.
A soft /core skills training package will be available for each individual i.e., business communication skills, CV preparation, interview skills, attitudes and behaviour for employment, customer service and IT skills
Some topics will be delivered to all individuals. Some will be dependent upon individual need and in conjunction with the Personal Development Plan.
