An exciting opportunity has arisen for Registered Nursing Associates to join our teams at Ardenleigh secure services

Ardenleigh has 2 Secure CAMHS wards comprising of 16 beds across both services. They provide both Low and Medium Secure care for CAMHS. In addition to this, the Womens Secure Blended Service provides 30 Female secure beds across 2 Acute wards and 1 rehab ward.

This post is an opportunity for newly qualified or experienced Nursing Associates looking to develop their knowledge and skills by working within a secure inpatient mental health setting.

The Nursing Associate role is a crutial addition to the frontline nursing workforce and has quickly proven to be invaluable, bringing a variety of mental health and physical health nursing skills to the team, working independently under the leadership of registered nurses, delivering a high standard of person-centred care.

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Nursing Associates who have experience within mental health care. The role holder will be supported to develop your nursing skills and participate in delivering nursing interventions, working as part of the multidisciplinary team and providing support to the registered nurse on duty.

We are keen to recruit staff who have a genuine interest in working with women or CAMHS who require care and treatment within a secure hospital setting.

There will be opportunities to develop your competencies and career which can include a pathway to become a registered nurse. We are a highly supportive service with visible leadership.

You will have completed the University affiliated program of preparation and have a Professional Identification Number (PIN) with the NMC.
