Personal Assistant to SMT - Hereford - Part-Time, Temporary
Our Hereford Hospital currently has an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support the Senior Leadership team (SLT). Come and join our fantastic and friendly team and we'll support you to be your best.
As our SLT Personal Assistant you will provide organisational and administrative support the Hospital Director, Matron (Head of Clinical Services) and Sales and Marketing Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Mange the day to day activities of the SLT team including diary management, ensuring the team are prepared and organised for their day
Provide support and take minutes/notes at meetings, therefore confidence in note taking is essential
Work alongside the clinical and non-clinical Heads of Department to support the smooth, efficient running of the hospital
Undertake all administration tasks to support the SLT and Heads of Departments
To succeed as the SLT Personal Assistant, you will need:
Ability to work on your own initiative
Attention to detail
Able to prioritise your workload and good time management
Work flexibly to support the team
Have excellent communication skills
A good sense of humour and the ability to work in a busy and high-pressured environment
Previous experience as a PA or a similar type role

Key information about the role
Salary - £20,000 pro rata
Location - Hereford
Contract - Fixed term
Hours - Part-time, 30 hours per week
