A Vacancy at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will undertake a wide variety of clerical duties, supporting the Inter Professional Clinical Educators, including working Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons.
You will be based within the Inter-professional Clinical Education Team, providing administrative support to the team. This includes the administration of training, room bookings, clerical support and liaising with other departments such as recruitment and clinical leaders.
You will also have the opportunity to maintain databases of information, support event planning and respond to enquiries from a range of Trust staff.
There may be an option to slightly increase hours on a temporary basis to December 2021, due a secondment from the team.
To support the Inter-Professional Clinical Educator team in the administration of training. Booking rooms, providing information to other departments.
To provide clerical support for general activities to support the Clinical Educators.
To set up and coordinate Preceptee Supervision Sets. Providing this information to newly qualified staff, matrons and facilitators.
To book staff onto the Royal Way Clinical Induction Programme. Providing this information to matrons. Send out diary requests to guest speakers.
To input registers and completed training onto the Learning Management System.
Co-ordinate meetings where required by arranging dates, preparing agenda, collating supporting papers, attending to take notes and preparing accurate minutes for approval.
