We are looking for an Assistant General Manager for the Division of Women and Children’s to provide expert leadership, support and direction to several complex clinical specialties including Maternity & Gynaecology, Acute and General Paediatrics and Community Paediatrics, as well as being a key contributor to the strategic direction of the Women and Children’s Division.

We would like a leader who is values based, forward thinking, has vision and will inspire their teams with their natural ability to influence.

You will have a track record in operational management and service improvement, with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will understand the critical role of a leader in healthcare is to provide support, creating a culture and environment to allow clinical colleagues to flourish and provide the best care they possibly can.

This is a great opportunity to be at the heart of a leadership team in a Trust rated ‘Good’ by the CQC and where the main acute site is rated as ‘Outstanding’.
