Summary
My client is a world class leader within the engineering sector operating in a multitude of sectors including Rail, Construction , Highways, Water , Structures and Oil and Gas.
Location: South East - Ideally suited to those based in London, Stratford, Barnet, Watford or Romford
Salary : £30,000 -£36,000 + benefits
The role : My client is looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their very successful commercial division within their Southern Highways division. As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be joining live and upcoming schemes as my client has a very healthy order book undertaking work including Street lighting, Traffic Management , Highways Maintenance.. You will be required to show your expertise within change control , procurement, measurements, valuations working within the parameters of the NEC contract reporting to the Quantity Surveyor.
Start date : My client can offer an immediate start
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 Months - 2 years experience years within a Quantity Surveying role
- Proven background undertaking Highways works
- NEC experience
- Clear understanding of how you wish to progress your working career
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent team player
