The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Support Assistant. Your responsibilities will
include:

  • Being responsible for the Health and Safety of the users and building, ensuring all doors are kept locked etc.
  • Performing 2 hourly site checks
  • Arranging and participating in social activities such as films nights, games nights from 9pm - 12pm
  • Maintaining structure throughout the night
  • Providing therapeutic support

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is
positive and friendly. The successful candidate will be:

  • Willing to go that extra mile
  • Patience and contentious
  • Experienced in customer service
  • Experience with homelessness / mental health etc (preferred but not essential)
  • Background in Support / Customer Service / Retail / Security

Salary: £18,525 - Waking nights 3 x 12 hour shifts per week from 8.30pm to 8.30 am
