This is an exciting time to join the Delivery team within Health Innovation Manchester as we progress our delivery of our National NHSE Programmes commissioned by NHS England. Our team, is a nationally recognised high performing group of individuals, with a focus on delivering transformational change into the Greater Manchester system. The role will support the Associate Director of AHSN National Programmes and Senior Programme Development Leads in implementing these large-scale National Programmes across Greater Manchester. This offers an excellent opportunity for successful candidates to gain significant experience of programme management within a strategic organisation, delivering real improvements across the GM system. Managing designated projects and programmes within the Directorate’s PMO portfolio, you will provide leadership and direction to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to defined quality outcome metrics.
Working collaboratively with other team members you will support in managing key relationships in the GMEC health and social care systems, providing advice, support and guidance in maintaining effective and mutually supportive relationships with key partners – NHS England, Health Education England, area teams, the Integrated Care System, patient groups, Healthcare professionals, Healthcare providers, the Department of Health, and Local Government. You will also provide strong project and change management expertise for the planning, execution and implementation of projects and programmes. Engaging and enthusing frontline teams we will bring HInMs unique innovation and digital focus to our programmes. This is a system level opportunity to be part of an energised and highly transformative team working at ICS level to change peoples lives across Greater Manchester.
