We have an exciting opportunity for a Funding and Data Officer to join our MIS + IT Services Team.
You will have a flexible approach, be able to work effectively within a fast-moving environment, and have responsibility for the effective administration of timetabling and registers.
You should have excellent IT, administrative and communication skills; both written and verbal. You should also be keen to solve problems and strive to continuously improve systems and processes.
The role will include:
  • Facilitating the effective administration of timetabling and registers across the College curriculum areas providing an effective interface between curriculum areas and resource utilisation in accordance with College policies and procedures.
  • Working to ensure compliance with funding and audit requirements and efficient timetabling of all college events, examinations and assessments.
