Summary

We have a Part-Time Temporary Assignment for a Harm Review Coordinator available at Princess Alexandra Hospital.

The working hours for this role are 22.5 hours per week, 3 out of 5 Days Per Week (Monday to Friday), 8am – 4pm/9am – 5pm with a rate of pay of £11.35 per hour.

Job Purpose

To support with facilitating and reporting compliance with Harm reviews.

The post holder will be required to:

• Coordinate patient data

• Perform mail merges to support documentation

• Liaise with outpatient a teams and clinicians to ensure documentation is completed

• Update logs and report appropriately

• Work with the RTT validation team to confirm compliance and completion

Excellent skills in Word and Excel are essential.

Post holder must be able to work alone and work methodically.
