Weston General Hospital is looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with strong administrative skills, to fill the position ofGeriatric Emergency Medicine Service (GEMS) Administrator.
The post holder is responsible, for providing administrative support to the Front Door Frailty Service at Weston General Hospital. The post holder delivers a high quality administration service encompassing all staff, internal and external agencies thus promoting department and Trust efficiency.
The role is both interesting and challenging and we are seeking individuals who are experienced with:
• Dealing with patient enquiries
• Prioritising and working to deadlines
• Providing leadership in a team environment
• Audio/copy typing
• Minute taking
Successful applicants will have strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being competent in IT applications and administrative processes.
Please note, candidates may be required to undertake a typing test at interview.
