The Curriculum area of Hospitality and Salon Studies is currently seeking a Lecturer in Beauty Therapy. This role involves course leadership duties at band 1 and 2 and curriculum development and quality assurance duties within the department at band 2. You will conduct teaching/learning activities appropriate to the needs of individual students, whilst monitoring students' progress on all aspects of the programme.

The successful applicant will hold a level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy and have industrial experience within beauty therapy. Band 1 applicants will be willing to obtain a recognised teaching/training qualification if not already held and will possess an assessor qualification whilst Band 2 applicants will already hold a teaching qualification, have current teaching experience and will hold/be working towards a quality assurance qualification.
