Do you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality Industry? Due to a very busy re-opening of the pub/bar and hotel industry we are looking to recruit front of house staff for a range of clients within the Southampton/Portsmouth/Bournemouth areas. As front of house you will be required to:

Manage your section with full table service and order of service.
Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu options
Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions
Take orders and deliver them to the table swiftly and accurately
Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
Deliver checks and accept payment
Work with other staff as a team
Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
Some till and bar work may be required also for some clients so if you have experience in this, this would be advantageous.

Our rates of pay vary from assignment to assignment but will be between £9.50 - £10.50 per hour. If you have yur own transport, his would also be highly advantageous as some of our client locations are not on a public transport route.
